I've noticed my arms getting a little jabba-the-hutty and it was freaking me out thinking maybe I was gettig saggy skin and fat. Good to know it's normal!

you should try to incorporate veggies into the food you already eat and maybe once you're used to them you might end up liking them. If you're making spaghetti, throw some zucchini/squash and bell pepper into the sauce. Chicken and avocado sandwiches are one of my favorite things to eat and avocado burns fat.

I think it depends on the person, I started having crazy cravings when I was using splenda instead of sugar and after I realised this and stopped using it the cravings were gone and I started losing weight again. You need more calories than that, I was eating about 1000-1100 calories per day before and hardly losing weight but now that I'm eating what MFP tells me to and sometimes even over it I've been losing again. Because vegans have a moral issue with eating animal products, not the taste. Although I know a couple vegetarians that do it because they don;t like the taste of meat (freaaks). And if they want a burger, how else would it look? You can't have a burger with no patty at all.

I am the same way, I once passed out from seeing a drawing of arm muscles. I got my wisdom teeth out and I don't even remember having an IV, I was just out. I never really hurt afterwards, either. My mom swears doing adductor excercises made her legs stop rubbing together. For me its just been stairmaster and high resistance elliptical, however since she mentioned that I'm starting to do weights on my legs. I've lost 2 1/2 inches off my thighs in about 3 months

I only go with makeup if its makeup I didn't wash off the night before (Bad, I know. At least it's mainly gone by that time). I used to go in makeup but it made my skin break out and I noticed I would sweat AROUND my face since the sweat couldn't get passed my foundation, so that's probably bad.

It matters! I have friends who are thin just because they were born that way, and while they are a size 4 or 2, they still look kind of pudgy. Exercise is the difference between thin and toned or "skinny-fat".

The other posts are right, but if I were you I'd ask a doctor or look up how hormones can affect your weight gain/caloric needs. I knew a FTM trans and he lost a lot of weight by not changing anything other than having testosterone treatments. Hope this helps.
