No Kidding and when you do eat some of that food you feel like crap. So funny how you can eat 1500 calories a day vs a meal now and feel happy and full.

Simply put if you want to maintain your weight eat your TDEE if you want to lose eat less than it.

I think it all has to do with bust, I am 225 and still have to wear 2xl tops but can fit inot xl bottoms. It seems as if Xl is around 40-46 inch chest so measure yours and see if your there yet

That was my same thought why not wear something over it and then expose when the time is needed. You know what I find funny is that even if you have patients as a nurse that are thick and thin and insecure, when they have to expose themselves they are not in the waiting room. They are in a private room ,completly draped…

Someone once told me that if you throw up your food you still consume about 60% of the calories and that is why people with bulemia are not skinny like people with anorexia in general.

Yeah I cheat at least once a week but have only been on 7 weeks but have lost 14 pounds so it seems it is ok. I do try to do a hard workout on cheat days.

Whats with this saving calories for another day. I have never heard anything like this. You would think you body resets each night when you go through you sleep wake cycle and "break fast". No matter what arent you suppoused to eat at least1200 calories a day?

I dont take to much offense to it. I know I am overweight and I know I looked better when I was thinner my facial features were more defined, clothes fit better and looked better on me.
