How often do you have to run to get better
I am trying to keep my exercise routine irratic so that I don't hit a plateu and to keep my metabolism up or that is my goal anyways. Fit bit and calories
I was wondering if those who use fit bit find it accurate enough with adding exercise calories. I know I did not get to eat as much when i was manually entering my exercise and now I am afraid that I may be overeating.

How do you stay strong when getting sick
I am worried that I am getting a cold and worry I will loose the progress I have made so far with my cardio and strength. I want to work out but worry that it will make me sicker faster or worse off. If I am getting sick how long do I have to wait before I start working out again?

If you exercise do you have to add food?
I am suppoused to eat 1630 calories a day. I eat that give or take but then if I exercise I do not add more. Am I suppoused to add the calories I exercised back to my alloted calories? Also if I eat 1600 calories then work out 450 calories does that mean I am going in to starvation mode? I am sure this has been answered…
