  • I don't think it's that simple. I think you have to figure out what types of sugar you are taking in. Refined sugar from sweets is much worse for the body than natural sugars from fruits. Sodium intake is greatly reduced when you stay away from processed foods, but it's almost impossible to keep to what professionals say…
  • What about one of those things you can wrap around your stomach when you exercise? I think they have them at wal-mart. As a fellow c/s momma, I feel your pain!!! It sucks, and I worry that it won't go away even with the weight loss...:grumble:
  • Someone else has posted about it too, but I looked it up and there is no way I could stick to 500 calories a day. And it would seem like when you quit doing it you would put the weight right back on again. That's just my opinion though.

  • On the wii fit there's a free step option. (I think that's what it's called) You just set the time you want to do it. It will play a little metronome type sound on your wii remote and you step on and off the board to that rythm so you can set your wii fit to the free step and watch tv at the same time:-)
