You are at a healthy weight. It can takes years to lose weight when you are at a healthy weight and fit. Also, if you are only eating 1200 calories and being that active, your body is not getting the amount of fuel it needs. Eat back your exercise calories and be happy with your body. :)

I think that's a great plan. I did that when I had more weight to lose. It helped a lot. Once you get closer to your goal you can always change things up again. Good luck!

I have found that MFP seriously over estimates calories burned with exercise. I suggest a polar heart rate monitor. It will measure calories accurately for each individual. People are different... and lots of things can affect calories burned.... such as age, sex, weight..etc. Polars are great!

Eat whole non processed foods. Vegetables, raw or steamed with no sauce. lean protein... i.e. chicken breast, fish, lean beef, etc. Try to eat low sodium so you don't retain water. Avoid simple carbs and eat little of complex carbs...i.e. oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice.

Yes, that. I bought one from target for my son. It was a New Balance, so I thought since it was a name brand it was a good deal. WRONG! Piece of crap. I love my Polar FT1... it's cheap, but does a great reliable job.

Thanks guys! I feel so weak I wouldn't even consider working out. Drinking as much as I can. I got a couple bags of fluid via IV yesterday, so that should help with the hydration... although I'm still drinking as much as I can tolerate. Yes... good call on my misuse of the word. Believe me... I'm sympathetic to this. I've worked with special needs kids, and have an autistic neighbor kid I help care for. I usually don't misuse the word... I guess I was just to MAD to think right. Thanks for pointing it out. Good call! :)
