whew! I feel better if I think about my sugar consumption this way! 9 x's out of 10 my sugar comes from a fruit or veggie. I'll keep focusing on my sodium. Thanks!

Congrats! You're doing great!

For the most part, I do. I don't always stick to eating only 1200 calories. When MFP gives you a goal of 1200 calories, it's a goal of 1200 NET calories. If I exercise, I need to eat more calories. Staying within the 1200 range of net calories is what keeps me from gaining weight or going into starvation mode. My typical…

One of my favorite sites for healthy recipes is www.skinnytaste.com. There are tons of great recipes (with nutritional information). If you have an iphone/ipad or an android tablet/phone I highly recommend the free app. It's very user friendly and convenient. Feel free to add me if you like.

That's awesome! Keep it up! I love reading NSVs!!!!

If you have an iphone, ipad, or an android tablet or phone, download the app. The app is super convenient and very user friendly! You won't have access to the forums, but you can easily track your food and exercises as well as post on your own and friend's walls. Good luck! Add me if you want.

I gave up chocolate for lent. Once I got through the initial shock of not eating a daily piece of chocolate, I found I don't crave it anymore. I also find myself turned off by really salty foods.

Congratulation and may God bless you and your family. I agree with freeasharold, consult your OBGYN. As for ideas, there's yoga for pregnant women and walking (that I know my friends and family have done).

I couldn't imagine my life without my dog. I rescued her just over a year ago. She is an APBT (pit bull mix). She thinks she's a lap dog. She is the kindest, most loyal, loving and goofy personality I've ever met. She never ceases to amaze me at her ability to understand me, learn new commands, and know my mood. I tell…

I would be so hungry on this diet. I can't imagine you wouldn't put the weight back on, once you started eating more calories in a day.

Many times, green poo is a result of the food you eat (blueberries, purple grapes, apple jacks). Sometimes, it can be caused by the food moving too quickly through your system.

Your best bet is to buy a heart rate monitor. It should tell you, based on your age, weight, and height what your calorie burn count is, better than any of the three items you listed. That said, if you don't want to buy a HRM, track your hear rate the old fashioned way, then go to a website like this…

One's Maximum Heart Rate or MHR is the highest heart rate an individual can safely achieve through exercise stress, and depends on age. During your warm-up, you want your HR to be about 50% of your MHR. For example, I'm 32. My MHR is 188. 50% of 188 is 94. I want my heart rate to be at 94 bpm during my warm up. To reach…
