hmmmmmm.. i eat a can of tuna, AND usually a tin of per day.. this kinda worries me.. should i stop that? haha thing is, these types of fish are a huge source of protein in my daily meals.. =/

Thanks for all the feedback everyone! It's great to hear what everyone else is doing :) and about this; the food isn't actually eaten IN the workplace. It's taken from the items pulled from the shelf/not appropritate to serve to a customer, to the lunchroom when we take our lunch/15 minutes breaks. ^^
