No breakfast for me and I am getting consistently leaner and stronger. Most important meal of the day my *kitten*.

I skip breakfast and don't get the hunger later. If I eat first thing, no matter what I eat, I will be starving again within a couple hours.

I use a small amount of grape seed oil in the butter warmer to get sea salt to stick to it. Tablespoon for like 8 cups of popped corn.

Lol at all the sugar fear. Just stay within calories and reasonable macro goals. Sugar is not bad. Anybody that tells you different is probably selling something. :)

Impossible. Only clean foods cause weight loss. Eating processed food will make you gain weight, even in a deficit, duh. Sarcasm Sheldon

I run and burn a ton of calories and have no problem eating them back. My deficit is already met through diet. If I didn't eat calories burned running my deficit would be too high causeing more muscle loss than is acceptable to me. I don't want to look like a scrauny runner. I want to look lean and muscular.
