I planted one in my yard and now have a giant beanstalk stretching to the heavens! Outfitting with a high altitude suit and oxygen and getting ready for the climb to collect my "Golden Goose" of fat loss from the top. Question: should I even bother logging the calories expended in the climb?

In many cases knee pain is actually a side effect of weak and/or tight hip flexors. Are you doing any other forms of exercise? Lunges, squats and various stretches are imo a must for runners.

Where are you going to get the ingredients to bake a cake? Baking powder and soda, made in plant, flour, made in plant, sugar or stevia or whatever you would use, made in a plant etc.

I run a lot and have no problem losing weight when I want to. I set my calories at a deficit based on sedentary lifestyle, track calories burned during exercise and add those calories back in. Simple really :)

I do plenty of resistance training but also run everyday. Mainly so I can eat more food! Love me some food :)

I made goal without resorting to low carb vodoo. Calories in vs calories out. Adequate to high protein, adequate healthy fats then get the rest from carbs. Profit

Maybe I am different than most but there are a few OTC products that crush my appetite.

Pizza is healthy. All pizza or too much is not. Just like all broccoli and nothing else would be bad. People need to get a grip and stop with the eating disorders lol.

Why? Dietary cholesterol is not an issue. One of the reasons I eat at least 2 eggs everyday and all my levels are excellent.
