Gained 5lbs over the weekend--after our last weigh-in. It was my birthday weekend, we went away and I over indulged in all the really good(not so good for me) things. I make salads for myself and my husband a week in advance. I make 10 single salads in lidded plastic containers. I start with romaine lettuce or spinach which lasts longer than iceberg.
