  • Know the feeling just got back from a Carribean vacation. Those bikini videos are mind boggling. My goal is that my next winter vacations the body looks better in the bikiini and the mental atitude is adjusted also. For me it was a case of--I never really look at myself. My husband took videos on the beaches and OMG!!!

  • I watch TV series that I have missed over the years. I only allow myself to watch whatever series I choose while I am on the treadmill-- If I want to see whats happening -- I have to be walking.
