yes when i was on a cut phase when i was on a cut my macros were not strict but got a minimum amount of protein and just kept carbs and fat below a certain number depending on the day nope, but i took bcaa's before a fasted workout leangains

::Disclaimer, didn't read all the pages:: I thought the debate is about slow steady state cardio. If so, then it has less "bang for the buck". Strength training is superior in this manner. Isn't jumping rope a plyometric exercise which wouldn't be slow steady state cardio? I do both cardio and lift heavy but a lot more…

meal timing is irrelevant. I used to "graze" and didnt work, I never felt satisfied. I turned to Intermittent fasting (leangains protocol) and got to where I wanted to be. I lost weight, gained lean mass, and recomped to below 10% BF while eating 1-ish meals a day(4 hour eating window) but do what works for you

I didnt have a weight goal, I had a body fat % goal. Once I reached it, I thought i was too light for basketball so did a slow bulk and now range between 155-160 at 5'8"
