I have played far too many games to pick the best 3, but the following must be the ones I have replayed most. Resident Evil 4 - I have purchased that game 3 times! I even bought a Wii just to play it again, just talking about it makes me want to buy it for the 360! Portal - the 1st game that I thought was genuinely laugh…

My take on it is at 307 i felt and was monsterously huge and had no self esteem, which is why I had no interest from women. And now because I'm not quite as fat (245) , I also have more confidence and am willing to take more chances, they do pay me more attention. I'm guessing when I hit my target weight I will be beating…

I'm really enjoying this season... The previous one was terrible and the whole show started to become very formulaic - with one main antagonist each year. However this year it is much more focused on Dexters relationships and his web of lies being slowly untangled. Whilst it isnt the most exciting season it certainly has…

I set my goal at 200lbs, so I guess when I hit that I will need to set a new one, either 185 or 180. But as soon as I hit the magical 200, I am going to get my 1st (and only) tattoo of my highest weight on my shoulder as a daily reminder not to screw up again.

BrainDead is a fantastic movie, not really disturbing, but funny as hell "I kick *kitten* for the lord!"

Don't know about scarred me for life, but 2 films stand out in the creep out factors The Medusa Touch. It's a old fairly obscure Richard Burton film, which freaked me out as a kid and the sound of the EEG at the end still makes my hair stand on end. - if you liked the original Omen then you'll love this. The original…

MFP is a great place, just log everything each day and be honest with yourself and you'll start dropping weight, oh and throw in a little exercise you'll feel great for it. Your kids will be a great motivator. Good luck My goal is loose the weight so I can srcape myself up to a 5!

I hate the thought of exercising some days too. If I feel like that, I make a deal with myself, go to the gym for 20 minutes if I still hate it I can go home. Over the course of going to the gym 4-5 times a week over the past 3 months, I have gone home early exactly once. In most cases its not the exercise that is a…

Hi Gavin I'm Phil from birmigham. I've been on MFP for nearly 5 months and it has helped me lose 50lb (with another 50-60 to go). As long as you stock to the plan you will see results.

I dont follow a low purine diet as such. I generally will only have red meat once or twice a week, the rest of the time if I have meat it's lean chicken. I also make sure that I eat 3 portions of either, berries, citrus fruits or bananas which prevent uric acid build up. finally drink lots or water to keep your kidneys…

I have previously had some suspected gout attacks. I was told that most berries were high in antioxidants and were anti-inflammatory also citrus fruits were beneficial. I now try and incorporate 3 portions of of berries or fruits every day

I know the body can't turn fat into muscle, but the body breaks down fat to energy to sustain and repair itself, therefore why cant it use that to build some muscle or at the very least use your daily protein intake to do that?

I'm also terrible at motivating myself, each day I have a mental battle to get myself to the gym. But once I get there I am nearly always OK and I love the endorphin rush I get afterwards. I have recently started learning to jog which I love and hate in equal measures. One little manta I follow when I’m struggling is…

I think I stumbled across the whole resting for a week after a month recently. I was forced to lay up through injury for a few weeks after working out between 4-6 days a week for a few months consistently. In those couple of weeks I lost between 3 and 4 pounds a week even though my food choices were not always the best.…

Metal, rock and punk were the genres of music I 1st got into. I am especially a fan of the late 90's UK rock music scene, it actually really bugged be that some of those bands didn't become more established Metallica (ending with the black album) , White Zombie, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Kiss, Quarashi, RATM, Skid Row (the…

I saw Jaws when I was about 5 or 6 not sure what my folks were thinking really. After that when I went to bed and the lights were turned off, somehow the bedroom carpet magically turned to shark infested water. And don't get me started about the trauma of having to go to the toilet. A few years later I saw Alien..... I was…

At a recent job interview: What would you consider to be your main weaknesses and strengths? Well my main weakness would be my issues with reality, telling what's real from what's not. And your strengths? I'm Batman.

It means I lack originallity and creativity I was trying to think of a name to use and I looked across the kitchen and saw the toaster. I stuck the Mr at the start so I sounded classy.
