1) brush your teeth and hair
2) Get a hair cut !
3) Exfoliate your skin
4) before weighing in for the week; stretch, yawn and relax
5) EAT FOOD ! The more calories of clean food the better.
6) burn 500-100 calories a day
7) it's okay to goof off occasionally. Cause you only live once !
8) Love Thyself
9) invest in the WiiU, PS3 and iTouch 5
