Reduce anxiety and panic attacks...

I do not know the scientific answer to this question but what I do know is when I was having knee issues from running I started using the elliptical because it reduced joint pain . My sister who has rheumatoid arthritis loves the elliptical for her arthritic knees! Running and other contact sports are difficult for her.

Thanks so much for sharing this ! For the last three years ( due to stomach irritation ) I have drank very little soda ( less than 5 a year) recently I've been fighting with my teens over their addictions to soda ! I don't buy it or keep it at my house but their dad has a stock pile at his place ! When they are with me I…

The only person that is a failure is the one who never tries! You mapped out a goal , you tried and you made it 95% of the way on your first attempt at that distance ! I'd say that's damn good! Next time you'll be wiser ,stronger and will make it the rest of the way ! Life is about practice ! It's not supposed to be…

Green tea has caffeine ...caffeine is a diuretic . It's a negative water.

From my naturopath... Water counts as water...coffee and tea are considered negative water because the have diuretic affects. When you consume them you actually need to drink more to counter the affects. Milk doesn't count . Juice may count as a fluid however you are adding unneeded calories and it is better to comsume the…

First off ...I was in no way trying to be hurtful or disrespectful and my comments were not sarcastic or rude. I didnt tell you to cut off body parts ...i was Just honest ...the fact that you even asked this question tells me you have an unhealthy view of your body image In the first place. Second , statements like. " I…

My recommendation is counseling ... You seem to have a very unhealthy perspective when it comes to diet and exercise . I saw several people advise you to try Adkins ...but they obviously did not take a look at your food diary to see that your pretty much eating nothing and when you do it's only a slim fast optima a day…

I think people are missing the point of what is actually being said here: they are saying that the Nike Fuel Band works great ( not the fit bit) and that the Nike band does not integrate automatically with MFP. So his statement is probably accurate.

My guess since the only post you have made are in this thread is that you think your really funny...but if not you need serious education regarding nutrition from either a Registered Dietician or a naturopath because what your doing now is not healthy. Your expectations are unrealistic and unsafe .

Is this your first ? I have had two kids who are now early teens. It takes some time for your body to bounce back post partum . Stretch marks eventually fade and diminish but usually never go away. C- section can extend this process and causes muscle damage that some times requires physical therapy . If you focus on…

I understand deleting people who haven't logged on in a month or two but anything under two weeks seems extreme . People have lives and sometimes Internet access is non existant . If I go on a two week vacation to a foreign country with minimal or 9.99 a minute Internet access and I don't log on your going to delete me ?…
