I go to GYM before going home..... because once i sit down .... i dont feel like getting up (Lazy Me).

i started a couple days ago .... have a very busy schedule so i m doing around 4 days a week have done 3 days so far .... i have knee injury so have a little problem doing some exercises ..... but doing good so far..... anybody has level 2 youtube link i have 1 and 3.

my question really was should i workout at max heart rate or target heart rate? the goal is to loose weight.

Seriously ? come on your husband is worried about you and telling you not to go out in cold without proper gear .... i am not saying that dont go ..... but atleast dont suspect his intention ....

i had the same situation .... what i did was i checked how many extra calories MFP allots me for my activity level change by changing it once and then changed it back to what it was .... so on my part time active job days i ll just enter that amount of calories burned (a little less then what MFP allotted) as exercise ....…

Well for me this study is useless as I only drink like 1 cup a month and have never really researched on this. Just shared the info that was shared to me without knowing its authenticity that if its rite might help somebody ..... if it will be wrong then will just be forgotten.

fruits and nuts .... once in a month something fried in the evening if i m really craving

m taking it really easy .... let myself enjoy my food when i want to and come back to target the next time .... and think this way i can keep going ... loosing around 1-2 lbs a month

whenever i feel like eating something crunchy and salty i usually eat roasted salted cashews or peanuts .... low cal high protein and satisfies the craving :D

Thats wat i was trying to say .... i respect women alot and have gotten the comment many time " You made us realize Chivalry is still alive" but I think it should not just be limited to just women being the ones enjoying it :p
