a vege toping medium pizza is usually 200 and a large around 300 cals .... i usually eat pizza once a week

As i had to stop in the middle due to injury and hopefully gonna start again today after almost 15 days break (i was on day 9 of level 1) .... just wanted to ask ... did u guys see results by just doing 30 DS?

i havent done 30DS for last week .... i was on my 7th day of level one when i strained a small muscle around my knee .... and still recovering ... hopefully will start again in a couple of days

Do you guys know if fast food restaurants fry their fries in the same oil in which they fry meat (if somebody has actually witnessed)

As general circuit training .... i usually log only 16-20 mins as general circuit training

yes but he said he is doing weight exercise 1 hour 6 days a week .... thts y i said 30-40% watever he thinks is better for him

actually thats according to 15% of your daily calorie goal is coming from protein but for somebody who is trying to build muscles it should be around 30-40% ..... you can change it in your setting >goals>custom goal and change protein to 30-40% and can reduce cards and fat a lot of ppl follow 40-40-20 or 40-30-30

i m doing it for last 5 days .... it really makes you work .... so far liking it as this is the only exercise i do

i was putting it as only 16 mins of circuit training as the real exercise is only around 22-24 mins and i curved it as i had a knee injury so some of the exercises i dont do them as they are supposed to be done as i cant bend much. and thats coming out to be around 210 cals and i m 6' and 225lbs

well actually i dont like meat .... but wont call myself vegan .... as i do eat it occasionally in some forms .... and i do consumer dairy and eggs .... but me personally dont understand y would any body want to go vegan ..... i m having so much problem consuming proteins without meat .... m not saying to eat a whole cow…

i changed my protein level .... but not being able to achieve it as i dont eat meat ..... any ideas about how to get proteins?

circuit training or circuit training curve .... as i m 226lbs and 6' MFP is calculating it to be around 400 to me that sounds alot
