Balance, small meals, alternative recipes to things you like...Get your minimum 8 cups in and try to get 3-4 days of min 30 min exercise...Be honest when logging and you will see results...Good luck!

Start off with small meals and also possibly balancing first.... Be selective but yet still find tasteful things to eat...Find a fun way to eat healthy by looking up recipes and fixing those things you like in a better way.. You can do it..

I would say the flutters started around 18 weeks....clear kicks maybe 22 weeks...Now he jumps and kicks from talking or if I lay a certain way...

Congratulations!! I am 13 weeks and due in February! You can do it...start off with small workouts and balancing your food... I have been working out at least 3-4x weekly since I found out and this week decided since my 2nd trimester is coming up to eat clean and make sure I hit all my proteins, fibers, water, etc....
