I only have a late night snack when that day I've exceeded my exercise goal by the amount of calories of the snack. This I do only once a week.

When out and about on the weekend, park your car the furthest away from the store/library/whatever. Also, build in a walk each day of the weekend in your calendar. Making it routine and scheduled helps.

55 here and returning after a 4 month break. Was doing good and lost 8 pounds but then got arthritis of the knee. No exercise meant the pounds came back. Need to lose 20 pounds. Looking forward to the comradeship here.

Spinach and kale sandwich with low cal multigrain bread. Spread a few light streaks of hot sauce on the bread for added zip. Spicy foods make you eat less. Drink a full glass of water a couple of minutes before lunch.
