    Once a WEEK! If it fit my calories, I aim for a late night snack every night :) .

    Late nights are good eating times depending on what the rest of the day looked like.

    This! My dessert tonight is a slice of Rothbury Cinnamon Streusel bread, 32 grams of MaraNatha Caramel Almond Butter, & a serving of Caramel almond milk gelato.

    Depends on how hungry I am. Last night I had a Skinny Cow (150 calorie ice cream sandwich). Typically I stop eating at 7 p.m. But if I'm hungry, I listen to my body.

    I eat a snack every night before bed. It's planned into my day. Usually a yogurt.

    Only on days when I'm really hungry, but I'm usually in bed by 10.30pm, so if I'm hungry after 9pm I'll just suck it up until morning...

    Every night for me, wee bit of chocolate a Crumpet and some crisps (Chips) diary is open, feel free to have a look. I had done this all through my weight loss and it really helped keep me sane.

    I only have a late night snack when that day I've exceeded my exercise goal by the amount of calories of the snack. This I do only once a week.

    I eat a portion of my walking calories from the previous week. I aim to walk a certain distance and if i exceed that then i "earn" a calorie dense carb bomb of my choice. If i feel like it. Most of the times i don't but i'm feeling my favorite doughnut shop calling out to me....i think i am going to listen tomorrow morning! Sundays seem like a nice doughnut day and all the simple carbs will fuel a nice run on monday =)

    I don't cook dinner in my house. So I usually leave 800-900 calories for dinner to cover whatever we may end up having. (That and the foods I eat are plenty filling for breakfast/lunch and adding any more would be too much). Whatever calories don't get eaten at dinner get eaten in bed as a snack :)

    I work snacks into my daily calorie goal. I eat them every day. Why not? If it fits your macros...

    not a late night snacker, but I eat dinner every night around 9:00 PM. i get the impression your worried about eating late or past a certain time or something.

    I eat "dessert" (something sweet) after every supper and 95% of the time I also have a late night munchie snack.

    Don't limit yourself, you'll end up feeling deprived.

    I eat a snack at 9pm or so every night. My only timing concern is that certain foods give me heartburn if I eat them late at night. So I avoid those.

    Now that I have stopped eating processed foods and dropped my sugar intake WAY down, I don't really feel the need to snack.... at all. If I feel hungry a few hours after supper I must have done something wrong with my meal planning/execution. I will eat more protein and/or a good fat, call it a night. I found the easiest way to tackle this is a few slices of bacon or maybe a few fried eggs.

    I have snacks every night. It is part of my routine, popcorn, yogurt, a vita top and I get a dessert on my plan

    Sounds like you have a similar appetite to my little brother. He could eat bacon anytime of the day. I never was a fan of bacon and rarely ever eat it. Unless it's turkey bacon and cooked correctly. But more of an eggs person.

    Instead of late at night, when it will be stored as fat, why not do it early morning when you have all day to burn it off?
