Late night snack ONCE a week

Once a WEEK! If it fit my calories, I aim for a late night snack every night .0

Depends on how hungry I am. Last night I had a Skinny Cow (150 calorie ice cream sandwich). Typically I stop eating at 7 p.m. But if I'm hungry, I listen to my body.0

I eat 1000 calorie snack every night at about 7-12 lol0

I usually leave some cals for a snack every night, don't always have it but most of the time I do0

I eat a snack every night before bed. It's planned into my day. Usually a yogurt.0

Only on days when I'm really hungry, but I'm usually in bed by 10.30pm, so if I'm hungry after 9pm I'll just suck it up until morning...0

Every night for me, wee bit of chocolate a Crumpet and some crisps (Chips) diary is open, feel free to have a look. I had done this all through my weight loss and it really helped keep me sane.0

I only have a late night snack when that day I've exceeded my exercise goal by the amount of calories of the snack. This I do only once a week.0

I eat a portion of my walking calories from the previous week. I aim to walk a certain distance and if i exceed that then i "earn" a calorie dense carb bomb of my choice. If i feel like it. Most of the times i don't but i'm feeling my favorite doughnut shop calling out to me....i think i am going to listen tomorrow morning! Sundays seem like a nice doughnut day and all the simple carbs will fuel a nice run on monday0

I don't cook dinner in my house. So I usually leave 800-900 calories for dinner to cover whatever we may end up having. (That and the foods I eat are plenty filling for breakfast/lunch and adding any more would be too much). Whatever calories don't get eaten at dinner get eaten in bed as a snack0

I work snacks into my daily calorie goal. I eat them every day. Why not? If it fits your macros...0 -
Every night snacker here too! I just pre-log it so I know I will leave myself enough calories.0
