I need some filling vegetarian lunch options....preferably under 400 calories

    Options
    Spinach and kale sandwich with low cal multigrain bread. Spread a few light streaks of hot sauce on the bread for added zip. Spicy foods make you eat less.

    Drink a full glass of water a couple of minutes before lunch.

    Prepared Naysoya tofu (2 squares, eat hot or cold - sesame ginger and teriyaki are good), cottage cheese (. 5 cup) , a side of vegetables. (180+90+30 = 300 calories). 100 more calories available for a sweet desserty item.
