  • Good luck to you both. I am on week seven now and it is all running. The first five minutes will be the hardest then you slip into the run. Enjoy it, do not try to go too fast, just keep your pace. Slow down if you have to buy try not to stop. The plan works and you should be prepared for the 20 minutes. Enjoy!
