I'm with you! Recommitting again, not because of the new year, because I've spent the last two years in a body that just isn't mine. I've always done better when I'm doing it with someone. I'm also looking to expand my friends list with like minded MFP friends.

Have a normal breakfast and get away from food. Find something to keep your mind occupied like clean the garage go for a bike ride or anything else that you enjoy doing. Stay strong!

This is so true. I know because I am on round 2 day 2. The 3 days in between were aweful. I had to make that chose to get back on track or fail for a 4th day in a row. Today was a true test...I passed up cake and ice cream for my sons Bday. I know that If I can do it so can all of you!

This is ironic! I just posted about diet soda a few days ago and most people said that it was o.k. though not the best choice. I used to drink Mountain Dew and when I quit I had a headach for about 4 days straight. I think weaning yourself is a better option. After all these years regular Mountain Dew taste like syrup. If…
