You know those days, those days you wake up ravenous and you just can't stop eating? And it doesn't matter how you protein up or chug your water, you just want to eat everything. All of it. Omg, I am STARVING.

What are you going to do right?

In all honest when I have those days, and rarely do I have them MAYBE once a month.
But I just go all out!
As most people will say on here unless you eat a ridiculous amount of calories one day mess up is fine.
But advice if you do not let yourself do that, eat your normal amount and go out for a walk, get out of the house. Occupy your mind.
It is a bit harder at work, but I just stick to this website and go on the forums to occupy my mind. And chug water like it is going out of style
Or increase your calorie intake for that day ... have those extra peanut/almonds, have that second apple. etc.
    Hope that helps. :flowerforyou:

Have a normal breakfast and get away from food. Find something to keep your mind occupied like clean the garage go for a bike ride or anything else that you enjoy doing. Stay strong!
  • Nessiechickie has some good advice. Something that helps me is to eat as slow as I can stand it- and a lot of the time Ifind I am just bored or have the munchies when I feel this way

I have had those days lol I try to stay close to goal and choose finger foods that I can divide up so it feels like I am getting more .....ie carrots with a little lite ranch dip.....apple sliced thin with lite caramel or PB....string cheese eaten one tiny piece at a time lol also they do say that exercise can slow that feeling of being hungry too along with the warm water....and gum can always keep the jaws busy so they dont think they need anything to chew on:)
