  • I made a white chicken chili in the crock-pot last night and am making burritos with the leftovers for lunch. I use the Wrap-Itz Low Carb wheat tortillas and it turns out really yummy. The chili has 245 calories per cup (1 serving) and that makes 2 burritos. The tortillas each have 70 calories. So good and filling and LOTS…
  • This morning I had a toasted Bagel Thin with egg (Stop & Shop egg Substitute are awesome), cheese & tomato and a cup of earl grey tea (no calories). That had me at 173 calories for breakfast.
  • I use a cook book called Cooking Light. It breaks down the nutritional info at the bottom of every recipe. So far they seem to be tasty, and somewhat easy depending on what you choose to make. The cookbook is really big so a lot to choose from.
