In my hometown: a local chain called La Rosas In Lexington, KY: Joe B's. I'm drooling thinking about their giant breadsticks & meatball pizza. In my current city: Haven't really found a favorite. I've been making my own pizza lately.

Lately, I've felt like I've become a little too obsessed with my calorie burn to "earn" extra calories. So recently, I used the fat to fit website to determine my TDEE and set my calorie goal at the activity level that I'm already at. I will still log my exercise but it's only for tracking progress in my workouts. I'm…

My breast did get smaller. (42D to 34C) However, as I started working more on upper body they got firmer/perkier.

Not always true. I've bought packages of meat (including bacon) that specifically say "cooked'. My most recent bacon purchase said "3 pan fried pieces". My chicken said "3 oz cooked".

I did pay an initiation fee. I can't remember the exact price. But my rate is locked it and I have access to all the clubs except the "special" ones in NY.

I pay $19.95 at LA Fitness. Bad thing about them is your price depends on when you sign up... right now I hear it's 39.95 a month.

Looking forward to trying this one!

I used to wear a lot of jeans & t-shirts. Heck, I still like wearing jeans & tshirts. But I find myself liking to wear cute dresses & skirts a lot more. I actually don't mind wearing pink now. I used to never wear it and it seems like i'm always wearing it now.

I make a mean banana chocolate chip pancake! mmmm sooooooooo good!

peanut butter... just digging it out with a spoon.

I'd like a cruise to a nice warm location.

I have a slight peanut butter addiction. On the shelf right now, I have a natural crunchy peanut butter, dark chocolate peanut butter dreams, pb2, & chocolate pb2 (those are great for recipes). I also have some Nutella. Dang... why is all my peanut butter at home!

My life would be sad without cheese.

I've had to transition away from eating a lot of cereal. (Though I do love cereal!) I do much better with oats. I like making overnight oats, baked oatmeal, and just some regular oatmeal packets. I'll pair this with some yogurt or milk. Sometimes if I have left over canadian bacon, turkey sausage, or bacon handy I'll have…

I ate all of them while losing weight. I eat whole wheat bread every day with my lunch. I eat potatoes whenever I'm in the mood for them. And I like brown rice with chicken & veggies or stuffed in peppers.

yogurt & bananas are the two big ones... I crave peanut butter a lot more now than I ever did before

you go shopping and look at clothes in your new size and are still shocked that they fit. the regular size bath towel that wouldn't cover you before wraps nicely around you. the really fit people at the gym start making comments about the intensity of your workout.

My dinner last night: whole wheat pasta (I had bowtie on hand) Turkey Italian sausage roasted zucchini pasta sauce (I used some leftover jar sauce) The whole meal was around 500 calories. It was a huge portion and very tasty!

I used to take oatmeal to make. But now I'm hungry when I get up so I don't wait.

There are more accurate calculators. By this person's theory I should only be eating 1500 calories to maintain. I'm eating 1800-2000 a day to maintain.

People seem to have facebook confused with pinterest. I pin a lot of "unhealthy" recipes along with "healthy" stuff (on two different boards). It's become a bit annoying to find it on facebook.

1) I only recorded loses. Just a personal preference... but then again if I gained it was only like .5 lbs 2) I pack my lunch. I also have decided that any eating out money comes straight out of the grocery budget. I like cooking so I like to keep my options open with that. I really now only have 2 fast food places that I…

I personally drink organic skim milk. I figure I get enough soy in other products that I don't need to add it. Almond milk tastes okay (I really like the taste of dark chocolate almond milk) but the protein content sucks.

Your numbers aren't making any sense. I'm 5'1", 125 lbs, 19.3% body fat and I maintain at around 2100-2300. I strength train/lift 4-5 days a week. I do cardio 5-6 days a week.

I'm on maintenance. I've relaxed a bit but I still watch fairly closely. I find that I can fluctuate 3-5 lbs during a month due to hormones and bloating. (Rather annoying... I wasn't aware of this problem before)

Thanks... I'll def. check out Strong Lifts.

I also roast a lot of veggies! I use an olive oil spray to cut on the calories. My roasted cauliflower is a lot less calories!

Thanks!
