Agreed! I am going clay shooting this weekend. Need to hit the range again soon. I think all law abiding level headed citizens should get the training and conealed carry. I got my concealed carry licensed a few years ago and wife got hers last year. Still working on training her so she does not carry yet. Great hobby to :)

I think you have a point but I am not sure it is that exact of a science. Who knows maybe you actually burn more calories than your HRM says. A good estimate is I think all it is. A 50-80 cal difference up or down won't change much and probably avgs out anyway.

Would you mind explaining the difference with the muscle fibers? I am curious to know. One of those stretchy exercise bands could work well for you. You can use it to give you resistance for just about any kind of workout, and they are inexpensive. I only posted for upper body. If you want to do lower body as well that is awesome to. For me personally i do alot of spin classes, running, stairs, raquetball, and that about takes care of my legs so far haha. I will occasionally throw in some leg lifting from time to time.
