Absolutely you can do measurements. This challenge is not rule orientated, its about what works for you. We are here to encourage, swap ideas, listen and cheer one another on. So post those measurements, who knows maybe that will encourage others to give less power to the scale and measure also.

You just want to feel slightly winded. You want to get that heart beating and blood pumping. Also if you can't find stairs, you can do lunges

Sometimes I think we have a hard time eating healthy because our mind thinks eating like a rabbit or eating bland foods. Try roasting some veggies, have fresh fruit cut and ready in the fridge, look towards whole grains. There is so much yummy healthy food out there, go and experiment.

The group has slowed. People get all excited in January and by February many drop off. Kinda like those gym memberships. But for those staying committed I applaud you all. Hang in there.

Stay the course, look back on your food logs, are you drinking the water? Many things contribute to weight gain or not having a loss, medical issues, medication, emotional things, stress ect. Feel free to message me if you want to talk and try to figure out some things you might try.

So today I freaked myself out when I felt a hard lump on my side. I than found it on the other side..finally figured out it was my hip bones. Holy cow, have not felt them in years. Woohooo for non scale victories
