Are you drinking your water? Are you eating foods high in sodium? Is it close to that time of the month? So many factors can play into this. Are you counting calories or doing another program? You might need more food, sounds odd but you might need to play around with your calories.

It's life, we will have easy days to track and than the unexpected days. All you can do is try to make the best food choice you can, track the best you can and let any guilt go..just move on.

I also got 8 pounds away and sabotaged myself. Not this time.

This is for the length of the challenge. Of course its up to you how long you want to do it. I think its a good way to review week to week whats working and what might not be

Ya'll are doing great! I'm so proud of everyone. Remember if you don't see a loss, thats ok, just stick with it

Keep the exercise at a min. for now. Stay on track with your food and load up on water. When you come down 5 pounds, reintroduce some walking and see how the pain is. If still too much, hold back and wait for the next 5 pounds. There is no need pushing your body into pain, that can backfire on you. Keep us posted.

If you know your going to have a trigger food in your home immediately make single servings of it when you buy it. On each serving bag, write the calories and how long of a walk it will take to burn them off. Reading that might be an eye opener and help you resist the binge.

I'm seriously shocked I lost anything last week. I'm guessing it's all the walking I'm doing with our new puppy. Loss this weigh in 1.6 Tot. Loss this challenge 4.6
