Thanks Dawn. Yes I had an echo done at the hospital. After all the testing it was diagnosis of enlarge heart from endurance cardio. I was very ill in May and spent several nights in hospital from of all things Mono. Married 28yrs and I get mono. hahaha. It was the worst. They did a lot of test because they had no idea what…

Congratulations you are doing really well in your training. I would say you need to go to one of the fitness shoe store that actually have the treadmill and they watch you run. I say it is the shoes. Great job on your weight loss too. WTG :drinker:

I say over 65 yrs or need to loose more than 99lb you can count house work. Otherwise get out the bike or run. Just sayin. :bigsmile:

I with you. I am running a HM in Dec but due to cost of most of the races it is just not worth it. I can do a 5 k and 10k without the race number and still plan to run. Most of my runs are 5k and one or 2 10k a week. No t-shirt but I am still getting it done.

Good for you! 20lbs that is awesome. You are more ready than you think. Go with the attitude to have fun! You are more prepared and now it is get your head right. For me I celebrate you but I do not like mud on me so I am staying on as a road runner. Enjoy.

I do not understand but totally agree after an hour our bodies simply slow even when the heart monitor is showing the workout. Plus look at the food you are eating. Is it more process? Yes remember mfp is a tool for you. Most folks will never know your gain or loss unless you have them as a friend . If they are here with you on MFP then they too go up and down. I weigh my self every day and record only on Monday. Women just yoyo. You got this. Stay the course. Patsy

Hi I buy my running shoes a 1/2 size larger than my regular shoes. I keep my toenails trimmed short. My feet swell a bit and having my shoe 1/2 size larger has helped with blisters and toenails. Enjoy your run. patsy

I work from home and I get this. I now make sure I have healthy snacks only. I include dark chocolate as healthy. I buy the dove and keep in bottom draw of fridge. Hot air popcorn. Fruit.
