Hi! Im 5'5, 24yrs old and 230IBs... I eat 1500 cals a day and that seems to to be working for me. I lose about 1Lbs a week, and I do my daily exercise. I found eating 1200 made me want to snack more late at night

When I clean, I break a sweat cuz i dance along too! And especially if your doing it for a while you can type it in exercise, it wont be a lot of calories burned but add it for sure

My trainer added me on MFP, its not bad. She comments from time to time. Its nice that someone is watching and it helps your trainer if he knows what your eating

I get fast food cravings as well. What helps me is I think of stepping on the scale or think about how bad I feel after Ive eaten the food. It dosnt always work but most of the time it helps me. The other day I really wanted A&W but i thought on how happy I was when I see a weight loss on the scale and I didnt end up going!

I have lululemon and also reebok and I also have cheap ones from Walmart. I find with High Intensity sports like running where the "ladies" tend to move a lot Lululemon is good for that. I have two high intense sport bras from lulu and the ladies dont move an inch. But for regular gym working out my cheap ones are great…

My top reason is I wanna feel the confidence I felt when I was lighter. I felt better, looked better, and I had more confidence in myself

Ive been told you stay on level 1 till you feel you can do more! If level one is hard enough you stay there. I do that with Jillian Micheals Yoga dvds. Im still on level 1 because I find it hard enoguh

This afternoon I did 30mins on the Elliptical, then I did 30mins of Plyometrics. And on my 45min lunch break I went for a brisk walk instead of just eating lunch in the cafeteria
