I emailed my personal trainer last night so he can be a buddy onMFP. I am hoping/not hoping he joins. I think it couldbe great to feel more accountable but then again... Do I really want him to know every bite? Looking for cheerleaders and encouragement. I think it'll be a good thing. If it happens.

Your trainer doesn't need to see your food diary. You can make it Private, or open with a password.
He may already be a member and not know whether to make you a friend on here.....:laugh:

My trainer added me on MFP, its not bad. She comments from time to time. Its nice that someone is watching and it helps your trainer if he knows what your eating0

You can add me I know the feeling about not wanting people to know what you eat... lol... but here lately as long as I am under my calorie count I don't care lol......0
