I need to be better about planning meals ahead of time as well as being consistent about going to the gym. I am currently going through chemo so it limits me a bit but I'm trying to push through and get back on target. I gained back some of the weight I had lost once I was diagnosed with cancer.

yes-5'2" SW-237 CW-223 GW-145 I have seen it done and I believe that I can do it. Personally, I'm going through chemo right now and I'm trying to make sure that does not slow me down!! Just staying motivated.

I completely understand. I am on here for the first time. However, I had lost 70 lbs on WW and have gained a little more than half back. Add me for support. I will definitely need it as well =)

I enjoy dark chocolate jell-o pudding cups with strawberries dipped in. Definitely satisfies a craving for me. Aside from that I let everything balance out and give in to "cravings" when I have them. Avoiding foods completely is just making you unhappy.
