Just started month 2 today. Fit Test and Max Interval Circuits. Wow that was hard. Why would you make someone do two videos on their first day back after recovery?? I'm just proud to say that the first workout lof Month 2 is done and in the books! Hope you are all doing well and sticking to it too.

Week 4. Feeling good. Butt size is not budging but over I feel more fit. I am doing the workouts with more intensity. I can't wait for recovery week, but I'm a little nervous about month 2 with the hour+ workouts! Ugh!!!! I hope everyone is doing well and improving!

Week 3 technically started yesterday I didn't get a chance to get the Fit Test in. So today I did the Fit Test and the Cardio Plyo. I am tired. Really tired. =) I won't be doing that again.

So I'm on week 2. Everything is going well, I've done all the workouts according to the schedule. I had some back soreness the first week but this week is a lot better. I did the Fit Test today. I am happy with my starting point. I just tracked down and recorded the time duration for each of the exercises. I'll have to modify my schedule for some of these longer workouts. So far so good! Day one done! Good luck to you. Post updates please!!

Cake mix with diet soda is good - with some cool whip. I really enjoy cake mix with a can of pumpkin puree (15 oz) and a 1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce (if you don't have the applesauce it still works) - more nutritional value than made with the diet soda. =)

I completed CLX doing just that, butt crack of dawn workouts! Some people need a pre-workout snack beforehand. I didn't. I would advise you to listen to your body. Have fun and do what works best for you.

Tabata is not 4 minutes - one exercise is 4 minutes. Tabata can be as long as you want it to. If you made it through Push with the weights you have then you will probably be fine with them for Lean. Lean is back to the 10-12 reps at slightly lower weights. Yes, I saw those posts too and felt awful for bringing my baked goods into the office. I don't push them on anyone either but I love baking and hate wasting food. I probably should quit my job and work at a bakery but that won't pay the bills. Just be glad you don't work in my office. =)
