It's cuz peas are a starchy vegetable like corn or potatoes. They contain a decent amount of carbs which means calories :)

My rewards for myself are: New wardrobe with really cute smaller clothes New bikini that I can actually feel comfortable wearing A new tattoo that signifies my weight loss journey Going sky diving and zip lining Taking a trip to Cedar Point and enjoying fitting on the roller coasters!

My breakfast is usually 200-300 calories, my snacks are each about 100-200 calories, my lunch is about 300-400 and my dinner is more 400-600. It works the best for me.

I love my water! I drink about 12 cups a day especially on work days since that's all I have by me all the time. I love plain ice cold water. It's delicious :)

Today I'll stay on track because I want to be able to walk/run a 5K and I will get there! I also want so badly to be able to shop where ever I want to shop and not be looked at knowing that I can't fit into their clothes!

Keep trying working with the therapist. You might have to try a few out to find one that you can really open up to and feel comfortable talking to. It might be hard at first to do it but after time hopefully you can get to a place where you can be happy again with who you are and enjoy life. I had depression in jr high…

I guess I'm glad I never had any of these issues after I had my gallbladder removed. I've known people who all of a sudden can't eat certain foods after having it removed. I'll only notice symptoms if I have a ton of fatty greasy foods but I rarely do anyways and so that wasn't much of an issue. I had mine removed May 2011.

Though I guess the oddest thing I love is a guy who smells of cigarettes and beer. I don't smoke or drink beer so I don't know why the combo is so hot but it's so manly :)

I like tall guys who have shorter hair and some tattoos, smart and nerdy is always great since I'm a nerd as well. Also someone with amazing eyes and smile is sure to win me over :)

I hate dating too but love being single so no I completely understand. I'm not dating anyone for a while till I can get myself to a place where I feel more comfortable about myself physically.

I do enjoy being single. I can do whatever I want whenever I want. I can control the remote and don't have to put up with shows I can't stand. I can go out with my friends whenever I want. I can eat healthy without having the temptation of crappy foods in the house. Can't really get better than that!

I will not spend money on fancy purses, shoes, clothes or any other high end stuff. Target purses and shoes work just fine for me. I may spend money on really good workout shoes but that is about it. I will spend money on pedicures, starbucks and massages. I like pampering myself and those are the times I splurge.

I can't run either and there is no way I could run a 5K. I have ankle issues so I'd be mostly walking it. You just have to finish it with a 15 min mile pace if you are going to walk/jog. You can do it. I'm gonna try and work on the C25K program as well as long as my ankle will allow it.

When I get to my final goal I will be getting a new tattoo. Something that signifies my journey of losing weight. I can't wait :) Hopefully I can hold out on not getting anymore till then!

I have dealt with not having the means to cook things. I use tupperware a lot and don't do the frozen meals but I will get frozen veggies, frozen rice and already cooked frozen chicken breasts or turkey burgers and heat them in the microwave and eat them. It's a nice healthy dinner to have as an option.

I like having people for support that are going through the same thing that I am. Most of my friends and family don't really know what it's like to struggle with their weight and have no clue. It's nice to have accountability and encouragement but some people don't need that.

If you type in strength training in the cardio section it will pop up and you can log that. The strength training section is just to list what particular exercises you did that day.
