I did 6 days and had 1 day off. Usually a Sunday as that was my cheat day.

I have done it and got great results, lost 4lb which doesnt seem much I know, but the difference in inches and the way I looked was amazing

I am on Day29 now, I am so much fitter and have got massive results. I would suggest the epsom salts bath it works wonders when you are sore. I am looking to do another Jillian fitness DVD next as I think she is great.

I have just got this and planning to start it Monday I am currently doing 30day shred but like the look of this.
