  • This is straight off of the CrockPot site: http://www.crock-pot.com/products.aspx?cid=71&kwid=ba2eb96e431b4df0a9671903434caa3f&gclid=CPPkutHQg7UCFUKd4Aod02gAvw
  • CrockPot makes a really good one and it is only about $40-50. I LOVE mine, I use it all the time and for everything!!!! They sell them everywhere (WalMart, Target, etc)
  • You just need to set your mind to your goals and you make your pounds lost your "*****es" (haha).... You need to set attainable and reachable goals daily. Don't set the bar so high you can't reach it. Just tell yourself, "today I will be under my calorie goal and will do X amount of exercise... whatever it is." I love…
  • Forget the stupid and the mindless jerks of the world. There are so many people who feel the need to put down others or make them feel horrible in order for they themselves to feel OK with their insecurities. That is just not OK, I have dealt with bullying and weight jokes a great majority of my life, those people should…
  • WAY TO GO!!! YOU SHOULD BE SOOO PROUD OF YOURSELF!! YOU ARE DOING AN AMAZING THING!!
  • I LOVE raw veggies!! they are my favorites
  • Geez, yeah I have always had issues with the same thing. There were times I would go like 2 months without having one. I was on the pill and it seems to have regulated it and haven't had too much issue with even now not being on the pill anymore. But if you want a lil piece of mind make the doctors appointment. Can't hurt…
  • I keep pushing through the cramping and bloating.... I have found that the more frequently I do it the easier it gets. I have little cramping and little bloating. Don't know the correlation but it seems to be working.
  • That is fantastic!! There is nothing to be nervous about... you are doing an amazing job!!! Keep up the great work!!!
  • I don't like ultimatums but I would be very close to throwing one out on the table. Though they are at least (very least) paying you some for of monetary compensation for being there that seems to be the only thing they are contributing to the household. For me personally I would lay it on the table that these are the…
  • Way to Go!!!!! What a great feeling!!
  • I started 2 and half months ago and have lost 22 lbs. My start weight was 175 and currently at 152 and my goal is 145. You seem to be losing just fine. I wouldn't try to push it to much to fast.
  • I try from time to time to walk on my lunch break. I also try to force myself up in the mornings before work to workout first thing. I read, and it seems to be working, that when you workout before you eat you are burning the fat already on your body. So if you are eating and then working out then you are inessence only…
  • If you are not excercising on that given day I would eat closer to the goal amount. If you ARE exercising on that day I usually try to only eat up the original goal weight. So for instance my goal amount per day is 1200 calories, typically if I exercise I have btwn 300-500 calories of exercise calories. So what I will do…
  • The short do is very cute... but I do the same thing.. I grow it out long and then cut it short and think .. "holy crap what did I do??" You can pull off either one. That just looks like a hair do that you will have upkeep with and isn't really something that is a wash and go or on the very low maintence side. But I think…
  • Usually fresh fruit is where I go... sometimes I will cheat and get the mini icecream cups ... the other week I gave in and had the individual serving of Ben and Jerry's that was 250 cals ... but that was all I ate, and all I allowed myself to eat. But I just found the Good Humor Chocolate Eclair Icecream Bars are only 150…
  • Good job.. keep it up!
  • Start small... motivate yourself but be sure it is realistic. I started out just walking and then slowly adding 1 new thing at a time. Like after about 2 weeks I added a little yoga, then aerobics, I also use workout apps on my phone or look up workout vidoes on YouTube or on FiOs On Demand. Just a thought.
  • I recently tried it with egg whites and then add whatever veggies, etc you like.
  • I agree with what a lot of the others are saying, it feels obsessive at first. You get accumstomed to it VERY quickly. my husband was very supportive of my using MFP but did make jokes about the time consuming nature of the logging. That only lasted about 3 weeks or so. Now he is just as anal about logging everything as I…
  • My FAVORITE verse and best motivation: Phil 4:13 " I can do all things through Chirst who strengthens me!" What more motivation do you need?? :)
  • You are truly an inspiration for what hard work can get you. GREAT job!! Keep it up!! WOW!
  • Take some Tylenol or Aleve, like jillcwhite said and soak and rest. Keep doing as much stretching as is possible. The best thing you can do is let your body recouporate and then when you feel better you will know where your limits are. Once you know that you will know what you are and are not able to do. Sometimes it just…
  • That is fantastic!! Way to go!! Keep up the good work!!
  • Keep up the good work... Stay strong. Good things you can have at dinner are things like any kind of steamed veggie, rice(even flavored rices). Turkey is good, ground or breasts.. either one. Eat lots of salad, great for you. As for the sweets, just eat it in moderation. If you feel like it isn't something you really want,…
  • Just give it time. It took me a couple of weeks of regular exercise and monitoring what I have been eating. So far I am down about 15 lbs after about 2 months. I try to set small goals to meet each day and each week, even if they aren't weight loss goals. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and be realistic on what you…
  • Congratulations on your new little one... Good luck, keep up the good work. I am a mommy too, a litle slower on the "loss of baby weight" tho, mine is almost 4 yrs old. I guess at this point it is really "toddler weight". So far I'm at 15 lbs in 2 months. Keep at it!! :)
