I did 12-hours of watching my 3-month old grandson... haven't had to do that for 21 years... lol... man am I tired... did a lot of walking... rocking... and just plain enjoying myself... don't know if this counts... but definately will be jumping on the treadmill in the morning for a 30-minute walk...
