I have lost 7 stone since last april and being an older bird i have loose skin on thighs tops of arms and the boobs. i would really like something done. I have been going to the gym 3 times weekly. it is the expense and the risk of anestheic that bothers me though

I aim to weigh myself once a week, usually thursday. But sometimes i pop on before i go gym so i can put my correct weight into the cardio machines fro calories burnt

i am under most days espeially when i have been gym. i leave it at that. as long as i have had 3 meals and not starving

I think you are very wise not to weigh yourself too much. I was told by the gym trainer to measure or get a pair of tight pants and try them every couple of weeks. it works i have lost 2 dress sizes since april. two and a half stones to date.(35 lb) Also if you are exercising a lot muscle weighs heavier than fat.
