  • One day at a time!! I find it easier to set small goals it feels great once you reach each little goal instead of struggling and getting depressed that it's taking so long to reach a huge one! If you are wanting a friend just add me :)
  • Thank you everyone, once I figure out how to add people I will! Does anyone have any great tasting, low calorie recipes to share?? I'll share the one I've came up with so far in the recipes section.

  • I'm at 1900 calories to lose 1.5 lbs a week. and So far, i've been losing a little more then that. Your body NEEDS to have calories to sustain itself, or it starts to starve and you end up losing next to nothing because it does not want to expend the energy.
