You have already started - put one foot infront of the other and look straight ahead. We can't change what we did to get where we are, but we can change what we have become. For me, I realized I needed to loose the weight and become healthy. How about you?

One day at a time!! I find it easier to set small goals it feels great once you reach each little goal instead of struggling and getting depressed that it's taking so long to reach a huge one! If you are wanting a friend just add me0
