im 5 ftt 8 and weigh 132 lbs and even then im a UK size 8 and very slim...i dread to think what 112 lbs looks like at your height.no offence!

i dont believe in fasting whatsoever. God created our bodies to be nourished and taken care off. not starved for 2 days straight. i have lost 4 stone and got my body fat down to 18% with not one day of fasting or eating any less than 1900.

you should ALWAYS make sure your net is sitting at 1,200. i eat around 2000 a day & have lost 4 stone. take a look at my progress pictures. trust me u gotta eat. 1,200 is still way low for me even without exercise

i do body pump 4 times a week with 80 lbs on my bar squatting!! but on my days off ill do squats too and see if i see any difference! im in!!

im just over 5.8 and i weigh 145 pounds, im happy with my weight, i wear a uk size 10 and my body fat is down to 20% :) i think anywere from 135-155 is a good healthy weight for our height

EAT CLEAN, TRAIN DIRTY ;) lol. just up your protein, put out more than you take in and lay low on 'diet' products they are a waste of money and time. just eat fresh, natural foods high in protein such as nuts, oats, spinach, fish, chicken, avacado.... hope this helps!

im 5 ft 9 and weigh 143 lbs, and my body fat is 23%. im in no way shape or form 'skinny' it depends on your body fat etc.

white bread, carby foods, cheese etc, iv cut out white bread and dairy and iv never looked back :0)

i agree hunny, i went from a D to a B, its great that iv lost weight but my boobs are no longer visible :( have to rely on padded bras to give me something to fill out a t shirt! lol if only i had a millionaire husband eh?

i would say it depends on how much u exercise. i exercise 5 times a week for at least 2 hours a day, i maintain a healthy diet with alot of high protein, low fat foods, and i always maintain my weight. never loose any, never put on any! so prob half and half!

just try to change your lifestyle! eat less crap and more of the good stuff and exercise more :) it aint easy but its worth it :)
