I add a bunch to grilled cheese sandwhiches....salads...and sometime when i have lots of time i dice chicken and veggies and roll that in spinach leaves then dip in some low cal terriayi sauce...I used to not care for spinach...I still dont care for it much frozen but fresh is delish

I had that moment last night and istead of fighting it too much I went in the kiction got a half cup measuring spoon filled it with cookie dough ice cream leveled it off like I do flour and eat right out of the meauring cup. I seam to be the slow one here...I do a 20% incline and 3.2 miles an hour....but some how my heart rate stays between 80 and 90 %. I break quite a sweat. I think its just cause im so outta shape..Im sure Ill be doing better in a month

IM on 1200 a day, and I do eat that but I choose not to eat back my exercise calories...I know that will upset some but Im almost always right around 1200

i started at 350 and an now 207 and sometimes when i go shopping Ill pick up the size 16 and look at it sand say i can tell by looking at this that its too small so i get and 18 or 20 and then its too big...not sure why I do this..Im always surprise when the 14 or 16 actually fit and think to myself this brand must run big
