The dark side....Love it lol ;-) Its very addictive but more to the point very supportive. You have been on here same time as me, and are doing well. i agree with you on how aware you become of what you consume and how that goes a long way to helping. God have i been shocked by some of the calorie values in some foods…

lol, that was one of the reasons i put this post on here, as our foods and measurements are different and it helps to be amongst people who shop in Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and dont measure in cups (i struggle to work that out)

Have a proper yoghurt and it'll halve the sugar. "Low fat" = "more carbs / sugar" Thanks i will check that out and change the ones im eating.

I have just started the raspberry ketone, not expecting any miracles but if they work great, if not i wont buy any more, if you want to add me im happy to keep you informed as to how i get on. Here they cost £10 for a months supply, £2.50 a week , no big loss if it dont work and id easily spend £2.50 on crap every week…

Ive also been bothered about the sugar on here for a while, i think the levels they set on MFP daily are wrong as it doesnt seem possible to stay within or under it no matter what you do. For instance.......on here my daily allowance is 26g, By the time ive had just breakfast - 30g cornflakes = 3g, 120ml skimmed milk = 6g,…

Hi Im 5'4" I cant never have been able to eat fish, is there maybe a supplement i can take instead ?

SODIUM LEVEL - now that ive changed my diary to include sodium, ive checked back over all my end of day results and not once i have i even reached my sodium level, let alone go over it, so think that rules that one out, thankfully. Just need to try and reach my 1300 calories a day, everyday, and drink more water.

I do drink water, just havent logged it on MFP, i drink about 1 litre a day. My weigh in is always the same...i weigh in every week on a sunday morning as soon as i get up.

I understand that your saying im not eating enough, i was already told this a few weeks ago when i was eating just 800 calories a day, not for the reason to lose massive amount of weight fast, just that it was enough for me, so ive went up and im now eating approx 1100/1200, struggling to reach this every day.

Thanks Sarah I dont really understand or watch the sodium part of it, Im always concentrating on calories, fat and sugar levels. I have looked back over MFP Diary and im within my sodium level every day, but i admit to not being great at drinking water, will give that a try this week. Cheers x
