I usually eat between 800 and 1100 calories a day. I've just never been much of a big eater. I usually snack on fresh fruit, avacados and pistachios

I walk every day (or try to at least :( ) I was just hoping that since on the infomercial it says iy burns twice the calories as crunches that it may actually do me some good. How would I calculate calories burned since something like that isn't in the database?

Right now I'm 238 and I'd love to lose 30lbs by Halloween, which would have me down to 208. Sounds great, so fingers crossed here I go, lol!
