I don't don't disagree with banking as I do it myself sometimes. I think an extra 3 hours of exercise just to eat a lot of food may be a bit much, though? You're doing the same as your example, just in reverse order.

I think your view on calories may need adjusted. You can enjoy yourself sometimes if you really want to without having to "earn" the privilege. Just don't make it a habit.
