Steel Cut Oats recipes
Looking for some good steel cut oat recipes I can cook ahead of time an nuke. Hoping for no milk and low sweetening but without the bland taste. Somewhat lactose intolerant and sweet stuff makes me sick, which has been making palatable recipe searching difficult. I could use lactaid if the recipe rocks enough otherwise.

Stop counting cleaning, walking to the mail box, etc.
Why do people complain about not losing as fast as they'd like and then count cleaning (vigorous effort) as exercise? Unless cleaning is dragging a 300 lb porcelain tub out of a two story building, you did not burn 300 calories. Seriously, stop.

Preparing for eventual squat stalling
So I've been doing Stronglifts for about 2 months - last workout for squats was at 300lb.
