To much protein

I keep going way over on my protein 277 grams but I have not reached my calorie intake for the day my diet consist of tuna chicken brown rice n oatmeal, egg whites, no clue how to lower my protein intake and reach my calories for the day help I'm 192 pounds n from what I know I should be eating right around 180 grams to 190 of protein

    Lower your protein intake by replacing it with a carb like rice or pasta.

    Oh, and fat to get your calories up.

    Eggs instead of egg whites.

    Tuna on a toasted bagel.

    That should do it.

    You're eating over 277 grams of protein but not getting enough calories and you don't know what to do?

    Eat less chicken breast (protein down) and more peanut butter (fat and calories up).




    And oreos.

    100 grams is in two shakes a day I'm backing off that and only drinking one a day

    I would recommend moving off the old body building mantra and work in some real food. I would personally add more carbs and drop protein; include things like various types of rice, quinoa, lentils, legumes, fruits, potatoes, etc...
