  • I loooooveee a good beer too! I have a nice big one in my fridge that I can't wait to have. I told myself I have to reach a certain weight though (4 lbs to lose) before I can have it. So I now treat them as rewards.
  • I recently started walking. My new rule is... if I need to go somewhere and it's within 1 mile, I walk there (unless it's late at night or the weather is bad)
  • Hi and welcome. I'm new too! A lot of times I just want to eat cause I'm bored. I find that eating sunflower seeds helps. I takes me a while to eat them and even if I'm snacking for 30 min I'm not consuming that many calories. Plus they're pretty healthy for you. Drink a large glass of water before every meal or snack.…
