you are welcome MrSmith...the accountabilty is where you get the support and motivation to keep on doing it as well. being able to see you fit and smaller close, looking at yourself in the mirror and saying to yourself "damn i look good" is what it's all about.

I know how you feel KM, I am an associate director of admissions for a local University and work lots of hours, but i have been able to eat right and find the time to excersize at home... send me an invite, and will share more with you

def good plan Optimistic, usually in the begining pahse of a regiment you want more cardio to get your body used to the type of fitness then gradually decrease cardio and increase strenght to where both a balanced perfectly

Finished combat 3 weeks ago, started T25 on monday and let me tell you all this....IT'S NO JOKE LOL SHaun is def pusshing you for 25 mns, lost 4 lbs in 2 days already lol best thing for me is the meals are so much easier to do and prepare compared to p90x nutrition meal plan

don't do the gym, i work out at home using p90x, insanity, slim in 6..ect... got some weight and yoga balls at home. that's all i need

my wife lost 28lbs when she did it, and she started p90x after that but now she can't as she is 16 weeks pregnant and she gets jealous when she sees me do my p90x lol. T-25 is my next challenge can not wait for it

good job Lisa, but i do agree you were not eating enuogh for p90x. after 45 days you should have lost at least 10+lbs
